What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date of arrival to submit photos of any damaged or broken items. 

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
